Procedure Details
The renal pelvis incision is extended into the infundibula to allow complete stone extraction while preserving renal parenchyma.
Recovery
Hospital stay 7-10 days. Return to activities in 6-8 weeks.
Risks & Considerations
Bleeding, urine leak, incomplete stone removal, stricture formation.
