Indications
Complex intrarenal stones, multiple calyceal stones, failed PCNL.
Procedure Details
The kidney is exposed and an incision is made through the parenchyma to access and remove stones from the collecting system.
Recovery
Hospital stay 7-10 days. Full recovery in 6-8 weeks.
Risks & Considerations
Bleeding, nephron loss, urine leak, infection.
