Indications

Long distal ureteric defects (10-15cm), combined with psoas hitch for extended reach.

Procedure Details

A tubularized flap is created from the bladder dome and anastomosed to the proximal ureter.

Recovery

Hospital stay 7-10 days. Catheter for 2-3 weeks.

Bladder capacity reduction, flap necrosis, stricture.
